Promoting Peace - How you can help

INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL EXCHANGE FOUNDATION

www.newcompass.org

Dear Prospective Donor,

The end of the year is quickly approaching and giving a charitable gift that will help promote world peace and cultural awareness is a great way to contribute to a special cause as 2009 comes to an end, also providing you with a tax deductible write-off. The International Cultural Exchange Foundation (ICEF) is an Ohio registered 501c3 non-profit organization that aims to promote world cultural understanding and cooperation through multinational relationship development. ICEF would be grateful for your consideration in your end of the year giving. You can rest assured that your contribution will further the movement for world peace.

In recent years, the nature of the cultural make-up of our communities has grown increasingly diverse. With this new multicultural demographic comes many differences between cultural boundaries, which, in turn, brings many new challenges in all areas of our communities which deal with the public at large, such as communication techniques, approaches to time, managerial styles, buying patterns, and a plethora of other cross cultural differences. Cultural awareness is now as crucial as ever if our businesses, organizations and communities want to maximize their potential. ICEF’s goals are not only to increase multicultural understanding, but further enhance peace through multicultural relationship building. This, however, can only be made possible with donations from our generous sponsors.

ICEF has never solicited funds prior to this year and with this letter we are, for the first time, requesting your financial donation. We have embarked on our first-- and only- capital asset campaign for $5 million. The majority of this is directly for assets in the form of an Academy of Cultural Education 130 acre facility. Secondly, the funds will be the seed funds for our programs and services.

Monetary donations can be made quickly, securely and easily through Paypal on our website www.newcompass.org. ICEF is also registered on Guidestar at www.guidestar.org and you can make contributions through their website. You can also mail a check to our offices at: 3949 Hedgewood Dr. Medina, Ohio 44256.

If you would be interested in contributing in other ways, please contact us. Some possible alternative contributions include donating computers, office furniture, gift cards, or office supplies (we recycle!). Spreading the word about ICEF or volunteering from the comforts of your home are also wonderful ways to contribute to ICEF and world peace. Please take a look at our website, regardless of your manner of donating.

On this New Year's Eve, as you wish a "Peaceful" 2010 to your family and friends, you can feel confident that our organization is working every day to make that wish come true.
